The broadcasts totaled over 2.6 million Hours Watched and drew 251.5K Average Viewers. The most watched match of the Day 1 is OG vs. Fnatic as it was watched by 208.8K Peak Viewers.

The most popular channel among English-speaking ones and in general on Day 1 of the event is pgl_dota2, while gorgc became the leader among community web-casters of the English-speaking segment.
As one can see, PGL Arlington Major 2022 statistics on Day 1 practically do not differ from ESL One Stockholm Major 2022 results. This can be attributed to problems at the current major as well. For example, many teams are playing with substitutions as their players have not been able to get visas to the United States. At least there are Chinese teams at the tournament this time, but their presence did not contribute much to the growth of the Day 1 metrics, and this is far from the most positive moment for the majors and the discipline as a whole.
