C.O.D.E. Bowl V is among most popular CoD: Warzone tournaments of 2024
Modern esports offer more than just entertainment; they can also serve as powerful communication tools in surprising ways. A recent example is the Call of Duty Endowment Bowl V, held in the United States. This event brought together representatives from various military branches and units, who competed alongside popular streamers in a Call of Duty: Warzone showcase tournament.
The Call of Duty Endowment, a charitable fund established by Activision Blizzard, helps veterans transition to civilian careers. The Endowment organizes regular esports events, known as C.O.D.E. Bowls, to connect military organizations with younger audiences and boost recruitment into the U.S. Armed Forces. These tournaments also raise funds for veteran support organizations, amplifying their impact through charitable donations.
