November saw the DreamHack Atlanta 2022 festival, which featured numerous tournaments in a wide variety of disciplines, from StarCraft II and Super Smash Bros. to Magic: The Gathering and Guilty Gear. DH SC2 Masters 2022 Atlanta became the most popular tournament of the festival, attracting over 26.5K Peak Viewers. StarCraft II championships, co-hosted by ESL, featured 80 players from around the world who proved to be the top performers in regional qualifiers. HerO, a Dragon Phoenix Gaming player, won the event.

DH SC2 Masters 2022 Atlanta matches totaled nearly 477.6K Hours Watched and drew 15.5K Average Viewers. The semifinal between Maru and HerO is the most popular match of the competition, attracting 26.5K Peak Viewers, while the other semifinal, Bunny vs. Serral, is in second place with 24.4K Peak Viewers. The Grand Final of HerO vs. Bunny rounds out the Top 3 by drawing slightly over 22.1K Peak Viewers.

It is interesting that DH SC2 Masters 2022 Atlanta drew only 1% more PV than the European qualifier for the tournament, yet outpaced it by 55% of AV. At the same time, the viewership statistics for the other regional qualifiers for DH SC2 Masters Atlanta 2022 were significantly lower.

The Super Smash Bros. championship became the second most popular tournament at DreamHack Atlanta 2022, with participants competing in both singles and doubles formats. At the same time, the tournament ranked in the Top 2 of the festival by Average Viewers with 2.8K people. The event also featured the festival's largest prize pool of $130K.

Guilty Gear -STRIVE- drew 3.6K PV and almost 1.4K AV, ranking in the Top 4 and Top 3 of DreamHack Atlanta 2022, respectively. The Tekken 7 championship rounds out the Top 5 by each metric, with 1K PV and fewer than 700 AV. The King of Fighters XV and DNF Duel tournaments attracted under 600 PV and fewer than 500 AV.
