The AT&T Annihilator Cup 2023 for Fortnite, involving 20 of the biggest content creators globally, was held on July 13. It ended in the top five of the most watched and popular tables across the series, with three more disciplines — Apex Legends, CS:GO, and Street Fighter 6 — part of the proceedings.
This special event hosted by American multinational telecommunications holding company AT&T brings together streamers like DisguisedToast, Emiru, Esfand, and Summit1G as they battle over four games across four weeks online. So far, the Apex Legends and Fortnite competitions have taken place, with iiTzTimmy leading the charge after accruing 45 points, followed by Noko (30) and DrLupo (28).
The lattermost made quite the comeback on Day 2, having only accrued four points on the first day to end in the 13th spot. Blaustoise, who was third after the Apex Legends competition, fell to fifth with 24 points, with LuLuLuvely (27) in fourth.

Regarding stats, the Fortnite part of the AT&T Annihilator Cup 2023 touched 141K Peak Viewers as the likes of Lirik, Tarik, and Kayceeedilla fought for the Victory Royale. It was DrLupo who took the win followed by LuckyChamu and jakenbakeLIVE, helping the stream also touch 507K Hours Watched and 108K Average Viewers over an airtime of five hours.
Yourragegaming was the most popular and watched streamer when it came to watching the Fortnite events live among viewers, hitting 31K PV and 86K HW, respectively. Second for the former metric was YouTuber TimTheTatman, followed by summit1g, while in the watch hours column, summit1g and emiru were second and third, respectively.

When comparing the events across the AT&T Annihilator Cup series, the AT&T Annihilator Cup 2023 for Fortnite finished as the third most watched and fifth most popular tournament. The CS:GO AT&T Annihilator Cup 2022 and Apex Legends AT&T Annihilator Cup 2022 are first and second, respectively, on both counts.
Regarding Fortnite events for 2023, it was the fourth most popular one, with the list led by March’s Rubius MadCup. It also made the top ten of the most-watched competition for the Epic Games offering this year, a list led by the FNCS 2023 - Major 2: Europe.

One reason the Fortnite 2023 competition did so well was the availability of loot drops, with viewers having a chance to win bags, computer accessories, and hoodies. There is also a PC giveaway happening across the event, with one lucky winner winning a custom NZXT setup that includes the ASUS GeForce RTX* 4090 TUF Gaming 24G GPU and a Samsung 980 PRO 1 TB SSD.
As the series follows a weekly format of action every Thursday, the next gameday will be on July 20, when these 20 influencers will return to do battle in Street Fighter 6. A week later, they will meet one final time in CS:GO, with the overall leader taking home $100K of the $375K prize money.
