The qualifiers for the third major of the Call of Duty League 2023 season concluded last week. Among the teams, Seattle Surge and Boston Breach performed the best, while scump outpaced the Call of Duty Twitch channel in terms of audience during the broadcasts. Call of Duty League 2023: Stage 3 Major Qualifiers took place from February 17 to March 5, all the games were hosted online. The teams played three weeks of matches, five series each. The participants fought for places in the upper bracket of the playoffs of the upcoming major, and the teams from Seattle and Boston showed the most confident game, having scored four wins with only one loss each. Las Vegas, Minnesota, London and Florida rosters will start from the lower bracket of the playoffs.

In total, the matches of the event went on for almost 50 hours, during which the audience spent more than 4.1 million hours watching streams. Note that the previous major of the season was the first Call of Duty pro-scene tournament in 2.5 years to overcome the mark of 300K Peak Viewers. It seems that if FaZe and OpTic meet in the final, a new record is inevitable.

The third major of CDL 2023 will take place on March 9-12. The event will be hosted at Esports Stadium in Arlington, and the prize pool will traditionally be $500,000, of which $200,000 will be taken by the winner. Viewership statistics of the major will be available on the tournament page.
