No, these are two different products. Esports Charts Pro helps to have an overall view of the entire esports viewership. The dashboard will get you deep results of a team or a tournament.

Can I download data from the dashboard?

Yes, you can download the data in PNG and CSV format.

Can I get access to any historical data using the dashboard?

Yes, you can access historical viewership and popularity data.

How do I access more advanced analytics about my tournament?

Click "Buy full stats" on the tournament page to get you different Dashboard data options.

I've organized a series of events, how do I get results from all of them?

You can either buy one by one on each tournament's page or contact us at [email protected] to get a corporate quote.

Can I determine an event's prime time with the dashboard?

Yes, the dashboard can provide you with the viewership graph to identify the event's key moments.

Does dashboard access provide demographic data?

The dashboard cannot give you information about the viewers' age, gender, or geo. However, we can provide this type of information with different tools. Send us an email at [email protected] describing your request, and we'll try to help.

How many seats will I get as a dashboard user?

By default, we'll give you five seats on the dashboard, including admin access. That way, you can add sponsors, partners, or other team members by yourself.

How long the data available in the dashboard will be open for me?

Lifetime. Once you've purchased access to a tournament or team, it will be accessible for as long as we exist.

Will the dashboard give me instant updates about viewership?

No, we usually update data about teams or tournaments within 3-5 working days. However, we can provide live data access as a separate service. To learn more about it, contact us at [email protected].

Can I get demo access?

Can I share access to my dashboard with my team and partners?

No, you can not do that. At the same time you may request our sales team at [email protected] for providing a series of tournaments and the shareable option may be a part of that extra service.
