While the concurrent Counter-Strike Major shattered numerous high-profile records across both the game and the esports industry as a whole, the Valorant Masters Toronto 2025 brought just a handful of new milestones, but they’re still worth highlighting.
The most prominent came from TikTok, a platform Riot Games seems to be leveraging more effectively than its main competitor, at least for now. During the Masters, Valorant reached a new esports viewership peak on TikTok, drawing in over 42,600 concurrent viewers.

A few more language-based viewership records were also set for Valorant during the Masters — particularly on YouTube. Most notably, English-language broadcasts reached a new high, pulling in over 250,000 concurrent viewers. While English isn’t the dominant language numerically, it remains the game’s primary broadcast medium globally.
Meanwhile, Thai-language coverage broke new ground with over 52,600 concurrent viewers. Notably, no Thai teams were competing at the event, yet Thailand still had one of the tournament’s broadest coverage footprints. The country ranked among the top seven most active demographics, an impressive feat, especially considering the event was broadcast in more than 20 languages.
Several broadcast channels also hit new audience milestones during the tournament, and not just the top co-streamers, but even one official game account. The main Valorant esports TikTok channel reached a new high with over 19,200 concurrent viewers.
Several co-streamers also hit notable viewership peaks, with some crossing the 10,000 concurrent viewer mark. Among them, the highest was recorded by former pro and fan favorite Tyson "TenZ" Ngo, who set a new personal best on YouTube.
