 Notable Warzone events in January 2022  

1. Twitch Rivals Warzone Showdown EU 

The best performing CoD:Warzone event in January (by HW) was Twitch Rivals Warzone Showdown EU, which was held to determine who's the top Warzone Trios team among European content creators. 

The $75,000 tournament featured a private lobby with scoring based on kills and multiplier applied based on the team's ultimate finish in the game. Each team played five games, with the best cumulative score determining the winner. The winner of this Twitch Rivals Warzone Showdown has become team ohCoyle, which included streamers abWizz and ykenny. 

In 5 hours of Air Time, the event accumulated over 513K Hours Watched and attracted 135.7K concurrent viewers. On average 102.6K viewers tuned in. 

2. Cracked Creator 2v2 Warzone Tournament

The Cracked Creator 2v2 Warzone Tournament is a part of the Cracked Creator Series hosted by Team Summertime and BoomTV. The $15,000 competition featured 16 duos of professional esports athletes and streamers battling in a double elimination bracket. After 9 hours of exciting matches, Smixie and Scummn came out victorious, winning four maps in a row. 

The tournament attracted 35.9K Average Viewers, who generated 332.6K Hours Watched. Despite being the second best-performing Warzone tournament in January 2022 by HW, it reached the lowest PV mark out of the four — only 46K Peak Viewers. 

3. ‘The Best Ever Warzone’ Tournament 

With 279.6K Hours Watched, the ‘The Best Ever Warzone’ Tournament ranked third in this chart. This competition was hosted by 100Thieves streamer and currently Warzone’s highest-earning player Tommey together with Boom.TV

The $25,000 competition was Tommey’s biggest event so far, as it attracted 67K Average Viewers and peaked at 83.4K concurrent viewers. Because none of the participating trios could stop the event’s host, the victory was taken by Tommey himself. 

4. Toronto Ultra Rebirth Tournament 

The last Warzone tournament on our list is the Toronto Ultra Rebirth Tournament hosted by Call of Duty League franchise Toronto Ultra. The $25,000 competition was played across six matches, with Team Unrational, composed of Unrational, Finessen, DillLive and Scummn, as the clear winners. 

In 3 hours of Air Time, the Toronto Ultra Rebirth Tournament generated 164.6K Hours Watched and peaked at 68.1K concurrent viewers. On average, 56.4K viewers tuned in.
