Code Red: Army National Guard Results
There were two open events in late October with a $2.5K prize pool and two qualifiers, each with a $10K prize pool. The final championship with a prize pool of $50K was held on November 8.
Participants of the event were popular esports clubs, including OpTic Gaming, TSM, NRG, Cloud9, Alliance and 100 Thieves, as well as the teams that had popular streamers like NICKMERCS, TSM_ImperialHal, sweetdreams and NiceWigg in the rosters. OpTic Gaming won the Code Red: Army National Guard championship. Vein, a player from BR Demonz, proved to be the best player by Most Eliminations.
Code Red: Army National Guard Viewership Statistics
The final event of Code Red: Army National Guard was broadcasted on over 40 Twitch channels, totaling 397.6K Hours Watched, over 96% of which being generated by English-speaking viewers. The tournament's Peak Viewers number reached 92.2K, while the Average Viewers number was 78.2K. We should note a small difference between PV and AV totals of Code Red: Army National Guard, as the tournament lasted only 5 hours, and viewers actively followed the broadcasts.

ImperialHal, a professional Team SoloMid player in Apex Legends, became the most popular streamer of the event. Over 33K Peak Viewers watched his broadcast, and the streamer made 29% of the tournament's HW total (2nd place). NICKMERCS, a FaZe Clan ambassador and co-owner, who played in the tournament for Tripods, leads the ranking by Hours Watched. He accumulated 33.5% of the event's total HW. He also takes second place by Peak Viewers with the result of 31.9K people.
Sweetdreams, a popular streamer and professional NRG player in Apex Legends, ranks third by each of the mentioned metrics. Code Red: National Guard series statistics
The final event of Code Red: Army National Guard was slightly more successful than the first qualifying tournament, but was almost three times ahead of the second one.
The reason for this was the fact that the first qualifiers featured such popular content creators as DrDisRespect, NICKMERCS, sweetdreams, and NiceWigg. At the same time, the total number of streamers of these qualifiers was almost half as many as in the final event. The second qualifying tournament was streamed by half as many creators, and only TSM_ImperialHal and NiceWigg were among the big names.
Peak and Average Viewers numbers of each of the open tournaments are quite low: there were no popular influencers among the streamers of the open tournaments.

Code Red: Army National Guard raised the audience's interest mainly as a result of the streamers' participation and broadcasts on their channels. It is interesting that the tournament statistics appeared to be comparable with the results of other Apex Legends events held in early November featuring NICKMERCS, TSM_ImperialHal, sweetdreams and NiceWigg.
