Madness in Vegas and Warzone biggest tournament — Twitch Rivals main events of November
Twitch Rivals tournament series is nearly four years old, but organizers continue to experiment with games and formats and regularly expand the geography of the events. In a new article, Esports Charts sums up the most popular November events, including the first LAN of the series in two years, the Call of Duty: Warzone, League of Legends and even Minecraft tournaments.

It should be noted that the Twitch Rivals event audience in November was much less active than the month before. This time only two tournaments had more than 100K Peak Viewers, although there were nine such events in October.
Minecraft PVP event, featuring North American streamers, opened the top 5 most popular Twitch Rivals events in November. It had 42,3K Average Viewers and up to 61,1K Peak Viewers. The official broadcast on the twitchrivals channel drew the most viewers — 18.9K people at the peak. Streamers punz and smallant were also in the top 3 in terms of Peak Viewers.
It is worth noting that statistically the second season of MineDraft was less successful than the first season, which took place in late May. The Peak Viewers number of the tournament for North American streamers decreased by 39%. And that raises a question: should we expect a third series of tournaments?
Unlike Minecraft, League of Legends is a far more solid game regarding the viewers. In November, Doritos, Twitch Rivals, and Tyler1 hosted two LoL events, and the most successful event in viewership was the first one. It took place on November 8-9. Top streamers and former League of Legends pro players, including tfblade, yassuo and tarzaned, participated in it. However, tyler1 still had the most viewers — 48,1K PV (six times more than the runner-up). The maximum number of concurrent viewers at the event was 86.3K people.
Is there a more iconic duo than Call of Duty: Warzone and the top streamers? Two of November's Battle Royale events have both made it to the top 5 in terms of Peak Viewers. Whereas the competition for American streamers from Doritos and the content creator Swagg at its peak had only 90,9K viewers, Twitch Rivals x World Series of Warzone attracted 2.5 times that number.
Technically, Twitch Rivals x World Series was the biggest streaming event by value of the prize money pool — $400K ($300K for the teams and $100K for the winner of the solo event). The championship was incredibly entertaining. You can read more about it here.
Twitch Rivals main event took place early November, when xQc, sodapoppin, Myth, HasanAbi and other top tier content creators gathered in Las Vegas. It was the first LAN event of the series since the start of the pandemic, and the format was quite different than usual.
The contestants not only played video games, but also participated in plenty of different challenges: they built towers out of blocks, shot with improvised catapults, jumped on trampolines in ridiculous costumes and many-many other things. The prize money pool was impressive — $250K; most of the money went to a couple of dogdog and hafu.
All of the participants in the event were broadcasting on their channels. The most popular streamer was xQc, with up to 107,8K Peak Viewers. The total Peak Viewers number of the competition was over 341K people — it was reached in the midst of the tournament's first day.
