In mid-November, the LVP Rising Series Finale LAN tournament in Valorant ended in Barcelona. European tournament was organized for the new and unexperienced teams, but it was Acend that took home the trophy. In the new article, Esports Charts will discuss the results of the championship and its viewership activity.

Statistics of LVP Rising Series Finale

Eight teams took part in the LVP Rising Series Finale, four of which represented Spanish organizations (GiantsSUPRMODE GAMINGMovistar Riders and UCAM Esports Club). At the same time, there were almost no Spanish esports athletes at the tournament – aside from two players (in Giants and Movistar Riders) and four coaches (two in MR and UCAM each). There were more Russians, Poles, Finns, Brits and representatives of other European countries in the tournament than the Spaniards themselves.

The winner of the LVP Rising Series Finale was the multinational team Acend, which received $9K in prize money. 2021 was a very successful year for the team, which earned $138K by winning several tournaments, including VCT 2021: Europe Stage 1 Masters and VCT 2021: EMEA Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs, as well as taking the 5-8th spot at VCT 2021: Stage 3 Masters Berlin. In addition, the team managed to qualify for the Valorant Champions.

The second spot went to Movistar Riders, which won $4.5K. Team Finest and UCAM Esports Club received $2.3K each and took 3-4th spots.

LVP Rising Series Finale spent more than 38 hours on air and amassed 217.1K Hours Watched. 5.6K Average Viewers watched the matches of the championship, and the peak reached 14.4K viewers. In comparison, the GLX Elite tier 2 tournament, which ended in October, reached the same Hours Watched and Average Viewers indicators. It also featured famous teams – such as Gambit and BBL.

The game between Movistar Riders and Acend in the grand final of the tournament became the most popular match. The second spot was taken by another game of Acend – this time versus UCAM Esports Club – which was followed by 11.7K Peak Viewers.

The third and fourth spots are occupied by two matches featuring Giants – one of the most famous esports organizations in Spain. They scored 11.6K and 9K, respectively. Closing the top 5 was the match between Finest and Acend, which was watched by 8.2K Peak Viewers.

The most popular team of LVP Rising Series Finale was the Movistar Riders, which, like the Giants, is one of the top teams in Spain. The team scored almost 88K Hours Watched – 4K more hours than Acend. At the same time, it was 1.8K Average Viewers behind the latter.

Top 5 also included UCAM Esports Club, Giants Gaming, and Team Finest with 59K, 58.5K and 50.5K Hours Watched. At the same time, the Giants team was 560 Average Viewers ahead of Movistar Riders.

Comparison of Rising Series stages

The third stage showed the best statistics in the Rising Series. It scored the most Hours Watched (223K). Statistics was heavily influenced by the rosters of British clubs TENSTAR and Fnatic, which fans were very active throughout the event.

LVP Rising Series #1 became the best tournament in the series by the Peak Viewers. Two teams from the CIS played in the final — forZe and CISFAITH, the game attracted over 15.7K people at its peak.

The next major Valorant tournament will be VALORANT Champions 2021, which will take place from December 1st to December 12th in Berlin. A prize fund of the championship is $1 million – which is a record amount for the discipline. 16 teams to be in attendance, which were selected for the event based on the results of the competitive season. CIS will be represented by Gambit Esports.
