New design of Tournament section on Esports Charts

The Esports Charts team is pleased to present the updated design of the tournament section, the most popular one on our site. We completely redesigned its visualization, enabled additional filters for smooth & easy navigation, and also introduced some very useful innovations.

Various useful filters are available at the top of the main page. Users can sort tournaments by discipline (game) and year, include/exclude events without statistics from the list, as well as female and/or mobile esports tournaments. Note that sorting is only available to registered users.

It’s important to remind you that we also track statistics of various gaming and streaming events, which can also be included in the sorting when needed. In addition, soon an events filter by the hosting country will be available for a fee.

One of the key innovations is an addition of the upcoming matches. From now on the details of the upcoming games will be available for all major competitions, including information on start time, the discipline and participating teams. Note that it’s tied to the timezone GMT+0.

In addition, we moved the list of upcoming tournaments to a dedicated area of the page, now they are displayed in the bottom right corner of the screen. The discipline and dates are shown for each of the events.

Tournament series' and event organizers' pages were redesigned in a similar way. Visit any of these pages to review the changes.

It provides detailed info on teams, languages and platforms of broadcast, including data of events’ individual streams and much more.
