2025 Delta Force Invitational: Warfare — Team power snapshot

2025 Delta Force Invitational: Warfare — Team power snapshot

Dec 04, 2025 4 min read

The final event of the inaugural Delta Force esports season is almost here, bringing together dozens of players and a prize pool of $200,000. Unlike the September Invitational, which featured the smaller Operations format, Warfare shifts the scale dramatically: teams now field up to twenty competitors, with some even bringing substitutes. With so many lineups and so little comparative history, calling clear favorites is tricky. A few squads look strong on paper, others have enough potential to disrupt expectations, and nearly everyone has at least some chance to surprise.

For anyone who wants to follow Delta Force beyond the competition results, the game’s official website remains the central hub for everything the developers are building. All major updates, esports announcements, seasonal plans and feature reveals are published there first, making it the most reliable source for staying in sync with the game’s direction.

Strong contenders

Teng Long

Teng Long enter the event as one of the clear favorites and a true “superteam.” Their roster blends talent from major Chinese esports organizations, including All Gamers, Petrichor Road, KINGZERO Esports, and Qing Jiu Club, the winners of the previous DFI Operations. They also proved their strength in the qualifiers, where they navigated past an exceptionally tough opponent from FCG, a lineup featuring players from LGD Gaming, Hero JiuJing, Six Two Eight, and Ninjas in Pyjamas. On paper, few squads arrive with a stronger backbone.

Rapid Lofi

Rapid Lofi stand out as the strongest Vietnamese representatives at the event. Their qualifying run was spotless: they didn’t drop a single game across both the group stage and playoffs, sweeping aside every opponent in their path. Even established names like Team Flash couldn’t slow them down. With form this steady and convincing, they arrive as one of the most reliable threats in the field.

Dark horses

DNI

DNI enter Warfare with genuine momentum. Their qualifying run included several meaningful wins against respected opponents from their region, showing a level of stability that could easily translate into a deep tournament run. They may not have the firepower of the biggest contenders, but their trajectory suggests they can realistically outperform teams like HR and Tuxedo NxG.

Avengers

Avengers are something of a mystery. As a US lineup without much public footage to analyze, they remain one of the hardest teams to project. Still, there’s precedent for a surprise: a US team performed well in the September Invitational’s Operations format, so it’s not unreasonable to expect another unexpected push here. If Avengers adapt quickly to the large-scale Warfare environment, they could be the team that catches everyone off guard.

Underdogs

HR

HR arrive without a clear identity yet. Their results are too limited to draw firm conclusions, which makes them one of the more unpredictable squads in the bracket. Depending on how well they adjust to the twenty-player Warfare format, they could fall flat or suddenly spike well above expectations.

RRQx7SINS

RRQx7SINS are in a similar position: difficult to evaluate, but not without upside. The team may benefit from notable fan support thanks to the RRQ brand’s strong popularity in Indonesia, which could give them an extra push if they find momentum early. Their true ceiling remains unclear, but they have enough individual quality to exceed initial predictions.

Toxido NxG

Toxido NxG enter the Invitational with more questions than answers. Little is known about their overall structure or coordination, making them one of the lower-seeded teams by default. Still, the Warfare format leaves room for surprises, and they could leverage that volatility better than expected.

No Mercy

No Mercy represent Europe and sit firmly in underdog territory. Their available results offer too small a sample to gauge their true level, though they’ve shown flashes that suggest they might overperform under the right conditions. A strong start could quickly shift the perception around them.

Delta Force Invitational 2025: Warfare takes place from December 11 to 14, closing out the year’s competitive circuit. With so many unknowns and several squads capable of punching above their weight, the event has every chance to deliver unpredictable moments. Stay tuned and follow the action as the season wraps up.
