The BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 tournament finally surpassed the 1 million Peak Viewers (PV) mark. This happened in the fourth round of Stage 2, when Counter-Strike fans watched the MIBR vs Team Falcons match.

The match between MIBR and Team Falcons ended with a 2:1 victory for the Brazilian team, which managed to knock one of the main favorites out of the tournament. This series was very entertaining and tense, and Team Falcons fought until the end, but after a series of extra rounds, still lost. This is the first time Nikola ‘’NiKo’’ Kovač has not made it to the top 16 of a Major.

The game was covered by popular Brazilian community-caster Alexandre ‘’Gaules’’ Borba Chiqueta, who garnered over 180K viewers at peak on his Twitch and YouTube channels.
