Esports Charts enters the shortlist of the nominees for Esports Awards 2023
The Esports Awards returns to Las Vegas this November for its 2023 show. The eighth iteration of the Esports Awards is already in the works, and recently Esports Awards announced the finalists for fifteen categories — and Esports Charts is proud to be among them.
Esports Awards debuted for the first time in 2016 as the Esports Industry Awards. The name was changed for 2017 and Esports Awards has stuck since. The awards show doesn’t just want to acknowledge the industry workers in esports, but also the community of creators, players, and teams that keep the industry entertaining and interesting for their audiences.
The awards show covers every facet of esports, including the players, teams, media, hardware, games, events, and personalities. The Esports Awards aims to bring the very best annual event to life every year and celebrate the greatest in the industry. All nominees for the announced categories have been nominated by laymen and the list of finalists was hand-picked by the Esports Awards’ panel, which is made up of industry specialists and experts. For the final awards, a mixture of public voting and the panel’s decision is considered in deciding who wins the award.
A welcome surprise in the news, Esports Charts is of course thrilled to be nominated for the Esports Coverage Platform of the Year. Even if we aren’t the ultimate recipients of the award we are proud of our work being recognised on a larger scale by the Esports Awards.
"Over the years, we have received a lot of positive feedback and thankful words from the esports community. The nomination for the Esports Awards is the quintessence of this support and a clear confirmation that we have chosen the right path.
It has always been and remains our goal to maintain transparency in esports live streaming audience metrics, and we will continue to improve and to provide the most accurate data.
Special thanks to the whole team for the incredible work: you are the best!"
Artyom Odintsov, Esports Charts CEO
