Esports Charts update — prize pool page and other improvements to tournaments section

May 24, 2023 3 min read

Esports Charts keeps improving the functionality of the site, and in a recent update, we launched a new page where statistics enthusiasts can find everything related to prize pools in esports for free. Here's how to use it, and what other improvements to the tournaments section are now available to users.

All Prize Pools Statistics in Esports Are Available Now

Esports tournament earnings is a new and original page on our website, where you can read about upcoming major tournaments, create your own lists using the necessary filters, and find out how much the winners and other championship medalists have earned. We should note that tournaments are displayed at the very top of the page by default in the order of their completion.

Explore the esports prize pool page right now

All users are also free to use two key filters — by discipline (game) and the sum of the prize pool (for example, tournaments up to $10K, from $100K to $1 million, or over a million dollars). This will help you find the biggest and most prestigious Rocket League championships or niche League of Legends tournaments.

Tournaments can be filtered by prize pool amount and/or discipline. Additional useful information can be found in the side sections

We also publish the most relevant and interesting statistics in the blocks on the right — the most successful esports players and organizations in terms of prize money won, as well as major upcoming events and current events.

Statistics of Tournament By Game Publishers

Another important innovation was the addition of a new filter in the tournaments section, which is available to our PRO subscribers. Now you can sort tournaments from our database by game publisher.

Many major game studios have several games that are successful as esports disciplines. For example, in the case of Riot Games it is League of Legends and Valorant, while Valve has CS:GO and Dota 2. Similarly, we can compare the success of esports disciplines of games that are owned by Activision. What is more popular among the audience: Call of Duty League or CoD: Warzone streamer events? Now it is easy to determine that.
