In the end, the United Kingdom's Team Redline emerged as the champion, creating history as the first organization to win back-to-back titles at the Esports World Cup. It pocketed $200,000 as prize money, while also giving the team 1,000 invaluable Club Points that will no doubt come in handy when the final count is ready.

The Esports World Cup 2025 for Rennsport reached 9,482 Peak Viewers (PV) during Race 6 of the Finals, held at the iconic Fuji International Speedway in Fuji, Japan. Team Redline finished second here to more or less assure itself of the win, ensuring it made it consecutive EWC titles after also dominating the 2024 edition.

Most watched and popular Rennsport events ever
As a result, this Rennsport tournament ended as the game's second most popular one of all time, behind only the Gamers8 2023 edition. The 188,480 Hours Watched (HW) it reached was also a new record for the sports racing title, bettering the previous record holder by almost 49%.
The nearly 35 hours of airtime this event hit ensured it touched 5,411 Average Viewers (AV), making it the most consistently watched Rennsport competition. The success of prominent esports organizations undoubtedly played a part, as Russia's Virtus.pro and Team Vitality from France finished among the podium places.

Getting back to Team Redline, it returned this year with the same lineup that clinched the 2024 trophy to experience similar success. However, the standout performer was Luke Bennett, who earned the MVP award after four podium finishes in the finals, taking home $10,000 for himself.
Among the games to have begun at the EWC 2025, Rennsport has the lowest peak concurrent viewership so far. Nevertheless, its continued participation in such a lucrative annual series is bound to help the game reach a wider audience base and attract more fans to the product.
