PMPL Fall Championships 2022 Results
PUBG Mobile is extremely popular in Southeast Asia, and the local tournament format for PMPL SEA Championships Fall 2022 was quite different from the other tournaments. For example, the prize pool was $200K instead of $150K, and the tournament featured 20 teams instead of 16. Also, there was an additional Play-In stage that allowed PMPL SEA Championship Fall 2022 to last almost a month, but not three days like in other regions.
Many teams made it to the World Championship based on their PMGC points, so the slots in the PMPL were given to those teams that had not made it there before. According to the results of the Fall championships, FaZe Clan, Yoodo Alliance, HVVP, DRS GAMING, Influence Chemin Esports and many others got a chance to play in PMGC 2022. At the same time, Team Falcons and Vampire Esports, ranked 13th in South Asia and MEA, respectively, were directly invited to the World Championship.
