StarLadder StarSeries Season 19 got underway on September 18, reviving the legendary Counter-Strike league after six years away. Of the four opening-day matchups, Passion UA vs Gentle Mates pulled in the largest crowd, outdrawing even Natus Vincere’s clash with 9INE.
Passion UA swept Gentle Mates 2:0, pulling in a peak of 65.8K Peak Viewers. Natus Vincere’s series had the bigger storyline, though: 9INE struck first, taking the opener and pushing b1t’s squad into comeback mode. That clash peaked at 65.4K concurrent viewers.

Day 1 of StarLadder StarSeries Season 19 racked up more than 440K hours of watch time, with an average audience of 34.5K viewers.
The StarSeries tournament series, a key part of StarLadder’s brand, has helped launch the careers of numerous Counter-Strike stars. The last StarSeries event, StarSeries & i-League CS:GO Season 8, took place in October 2019 in Turkey. After a six-year hiatus, the series is finally set to make its return this fall with a brand-new season in Europe.
The most popular StarLadder StarSeries to date was Season 3, which reached a peak of 424.4K concurrent viewers. So far, Season 19 has peaked at 65.8K viewers — placing it seventh among StarLadder’s Counter-Strike tournaments, or tenth when including events from other games.
