Is Esports Charts Dashboard included in the Pro package?

No, these are two different products. Esports Charts Pro helps to have an overall view of the entire esports viewership. The dashboard will get you deep results of a team or a tournament.

Can I download data from the dashboard?

Yes, you can download the data in PNG and CSV format.

I want to learn more about my team's performance, how do I do that?

Esports Charts Dashboard for Teams will provide you with the viewership results focused on teams, including monthly results and progress, matches’ results, etc.

Can I get any viewership data about my competitors?

You can follow your competitors' viewership metrics. You just need to request access to them.

Do I have any kind of limits?

You have unlimited access to requested data only. Other details are available by request and may cost some fee.

Does dashboard access provide demographic data?

The dashboard cannot give you information about the viewers' age, gender, or geo. However, we can provide this type of information with different tools. Send us an email at [email protected] describing your request, and we'll try to help.

How many seats will I get as a dashboard user?

By default, we'll give you five seats on the dashboard, including admin access. That way, you can add sponsors, partners, or other team members by yourself.

How long the data available in the dashboard will be open for me?

Lifetime. Once you've purchased access to a tournament or team, it will be accessible for as long as we exist.

Will the dashboard give me instant updates about viewership?

No, we usually update data about teams or tournaments within 3-5 working days. However, we can provide live data access as a separate service. To learn more about it, contact us at [email protected].
