BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022 had twelve of the best Counter-Strike: Global Offensive teams in the world, fighting for a ticket to the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2022. The tournament and was held from August 18-28 in Copenhagen, in the BLAST Studio.
Team Liquid, Natus Vincere, and OG were the winners of the tournament. They qualified for BLAST Premier Fall Final 2022 and took home $27K each.
In the Knockout Stage, OG had the most impressive performance of every team, as they started in round 1 of the single-elimination bracket, and went on to defeat Complexity, FaZe Clan, and Astralis. Proving they truly deserved to qualify for BLAST Premier Fall Final 2022.
However, it wasn't only Team Liquid, Natus Vincere, and OG that secured their spot at BLAST Premier Fall Final 2022. Since six of the twelve teams of the event would qualify for BLAST Premier Fall Final 2022, the tournament had a Last Chance Stage.
In this Last Chance Stage, the teams competed in a single-elimination bracket, where the winners would advance to the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2022, while the losers would qualify for the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2022.
From that Last Chance Stage, FaZe, Ninjas in Pyjamas, and G2 Esports emerged victorious. Securing their ticket to the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2022, and winning $17K each. As for the remaining six teams, they will have to try again in the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2022.

Regarding Hours Watched, BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022 had the best numbers ever, compared to the other two editions of BLAST Premier Fall Groups. However, the event wasn't able to set a new record in Peak Viewers and Average Viewers, not being able to beat the 416K Peak Viewers, and 182K Average Viewers that BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2020 had.
BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022 was on air for 67 hours, which certainly helped the tournament in having more Hours Watched than the previous BLAST Premier Fall Groups editions.
BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022 is also in the top ten viewership list of tournaments organized by BLAST. Despite a smaller prize pool than other BLAST tournaments, such as BLAST Premier World Final 2021, or BLAST Premier Global Final 2020, the number of HW wasn't that much lower.
