The crowning event of the LoL esports calendar will see 22 teams from all participating regions duke it out in a months-long race for the Summoner's Cup in Seoul and Busan in South Korea.

Detailed statistics on all major esports tournaments, including major events like the World 2023, are available with the Esports Charts PRO subscription, the benefits of which can be checked here.

This time, Riot Games has decided to go with the Swiss Format instead of the usual Group Stage from previous years. There is also the new qualifying series between the fourth seeds of Europe and North America to seal the last spot at the coveted tournament.
