Gizmos & Gadgets World Championship, a Teamfight Tactics tournament, took place at the end of the last two spring months. In the new Esports Charts coverage you can find out what this championship is all about and what kind of Viewers its broadcasts accumulate.

Teamfight Tactics is a multiplayer game from Riot Games, an Auto Battler, in which most of the characters are from League of Legends. It was released based on the LoL client in 2019, and then appeared as a standalone app for PC, iOS and Android.

This is what Teamfight Tactics gameplay looks like

32 top players from EMEA, North America, Oceania, Brazil, LATAM, Japan, South Korea and China participated in the Gizmos & Gadgets World Championship. Players had to go through numerous regional tournaments to get to the main Teamfight Tactics championship of the year, and then to get into the regional finals top group.

Participants of Gizmos & Gadgets World Championship raffled off $300K. Note that the tournament was held online and became the biggest one in the discipline, both in terms of the number of players and the size of the prize pool. The Gizmos & Gadgets World Championship winner was the Chinese player LiLuo. He earned $48K, and his trophy was The Golden Spatula, a legendary item from League of Legends that was available exclusively in Nexus Blitz mode, but was removed from the game in patch V11.13.
