2025 Delta Force Invitational: Warfare is the final event of the debut competitive season for Delta Force esports and the first world-level championship dedicated to the game’s large-scale Warfare mode. Earlier in the year, the Operations Invitational brought the spotlight to the 3-player extraction format, but this event raises the stakes significantly: 20-player teams, massive maps, vehicles, coordinated assaults and a full roster of regional champions battling for the ultimate title.

With the inaugural season coming to a close, this Invitational stands as the defining moment of Delta Force esports in 2025.

Warfare mode: What to expect

Unlike the tactical, small-unit Operations mode, Warfare is built for spectacle. Each team fields 20 players (plus substitutes), creating sprawling combat scenarios with infantry, vehicles and objective-based strategy. The format emphasizes coordination, map control and large-scale engagements, making it the biggest, most chaotic and most competitive environment Delta Force has showcased so far.

With more players on the battlefield and more moving parts than any previous event, the Invitational promises high-intensity matches and highlight moments across all four competition days.

Dates and location

2025 Delta Force Invitational: Warfare will be held offline in Hanoi, Vietnam, from December 11 to December 14, 2025. The event brings the inaugural Warfare world championship to the Vietnamese capital, hosting four days of top-level competition to close out the first Delta Force esports season.

The total prize pool amounts to $200,000, with $60,000 reserved for the tournament winner.

Format

The tournament skips group stages entirely and jumps straight into a playoff bracket. The format uses double elimination, giving every team a safety net: a single loss won’t knock them out but instead sends them into the lower bracket for a shot at recovery.

• December 14: a larger finals day featuring the Winners and Losers Bracket Finals, a halftime show ahead of the Grand Final, and finally the champions’ awarding ceremony.

Teams did not receive direct invitations based on brand name alone — they earned their spots through:
