BLAST Premier Bounty Season 2 2025 qualifier stage attracts 373,000 viewers
The BLAST Premier Bounty Season 2 2025 began with its Closed Qualifier on August 5, with 32 teams battling it out to reach the LAN finals. After around a week of intense action in this online stage, the top eight participants booked their tickets to the main event.
The online portion had some popular esports organizations from Counter-Strike battling it out, with the twist being that the lower-ranked sides selected their opponents in a draft. Ultimately, most of the top names played to their potential and advanced to the LAN finals.

The BLAST Premier Bounty Season 2 2025 touched 372,531 Peak Viewers (PV) during the Day 5 clash between powerhouses Team Spirit and G2 Esports. This Round of 16 series was ultimately won 2:1 by the Serbian/Russian side, helping it qualify for the offline main event at the expense of a fellow giant.
Team Spirit also appeared on the list of the five most popular matches with its Round of 32 clash on Day 2 against the Ukrainian team Passion UA. Recent meetings between teams from these two nations have drawn particular attention, adding another layer of interest to the matchup.

Another storyline was Brazil’s absence from the main event despite fielding four teams — a factor that will likely dampen LAN finals viewership, given how vocal Portuguese-speaking fans usually are in supporting their teams.
The LAN finals stage will be held at the BLAST Arena Studios in Malta from August 14 to 17. The eight qualified sides will duke it out in a single-elimination best-of-three bracket, with a best-of-five grand final determining the winner.
