Esports Charts update — Games section and custom notifications
Esports Charts keeps introducing major updates to our users. Today we would like to present a new Games section which provides detailed information about the popularity of esports disciplines by prize pool and peak viewership, as well as new notifications that help receiving information about new tournaments and matches.
Games Section
Esports Charts has been expanding the huge database of esports tournaments in a variety of disciplines, and now we are pleased to present the Games section, which is available in the Esports core tab. In the new section, you will find the ranking of games by prize money, based on the sum of the prize pools of tournaments in this discipline, as well as the ranking by viewership records in disciplines. This is the page where you can find out whether CS:GO or Valorant gathered more viewers. Access to this information is free for all users of our website.

Along with prize pools, we also display the current Peak Viewers number of the discipline for the selected calendar year (from 2017 to 2022): users can sort games by any of these metrics. Moreover, on the right side of the page we display general rankings of disciplines by prize pools, Peak Viewers and the number of active teams.
A filter by years is available, and the default year is 2022, in which PUBG Mobile is currently the leader in terms of the total prize pool, and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is leading by maximum concurrent audience.

On the profile page, you can subscribe to articles in the categories of interest. On the news page, you can subscribe to materials about the disciplines of interest (League of Legends, Dota 2 and so on), and in the articles you will find tags that can also be tracked. For example, if you subscribe to the CDL tag, you will always be aware of the release of materials about the Call of Duty League. Likewise, you can keep track of content from authors you like; subscribe to them on their profile pages listed at the end of each article.

You can subscribe to specific disciplines and organizations, as well as individual tournaments or orgs' rosters in different games on your profile page or on the pages of these entities (you need to click the 'Follow for updates' button). For example, you can both follow the statistics of League of Legends tournaments with the participation of G2 Esports and all tournaments in which the players of this club play, as well as receive notifications about the start of matches with their participation. By the same logic, you can follow the data of specific tournament operators: PGL, ESL, and so on.

You can customize notifications on your profile page. In the relevant sections (General, News, Tournaments / Games, Teams / Organizations and Organizers) all you have to do is check the boxes and after that notifications will appear in the upper right corner of the site.
Among the updates, now it's also possible to completely delete your account. The corresponding button is available on the "Overview" tab of your profile page.
