After a record-breaking VCT 2024: Masters Madrid, the subsequent set of competitions leading up to the discipline's next global event are underway. With emotions and motivation at an all-time high after what unfolded in the Spanish capital, fans and critics will hope that the Valorant season continues to pick up steam and break more records.

The only one of the four Stage 1 international leagues to have begun is the EMEA League, which started on April 3. The Americas League and Pacific League will kick off on April 6, while the China League started at the time of writing.

All leagues will act as a pathway to the next Valorant Masters event in Shanghai. It will begin on May 23 and conclude on June 9, with 12 top teams (three from each international league) battling it out for a massive prize pool.

The four tournaments will begin within days of each other, and fans can catch the action in the Americas region on the official Twitch and YouTube channels. Moreover, co-casting will be available, meaning fans can watch the action live on their favorite content creators' handles.

When it comes to the schedule, there are two phases in the event — Group Stage, which will run from April 6 to May 5, and Playoffs, scheduled from May 8 to 12. The former phase has two pools of five and six teams, with the top three from each group advancing to a hybrid-elimination bracket knockouts.

The Group Stage is from April 6 to 29, while the Playoffs are scheduled from May 3 to May 12. Regarding the schedule, the Group Stage for the newest international league into the Valorant esports calendar will be held from April 5 to May 5. The Playoffs will follow from May 8 to May 12, and fans must remember that all matches in these four competitions will be best-of-three, with only the Lower Bracket Final and Grand Final offering fans best-of-five action.
